Bank loan defaulters List.


Bank Employees Federation of India president A. K. Ramesh and general secretary Pradip Biswas released Bank loan defaulters List. 

The same was released on 23.07.2014 at various centers throughout India.

BEFI Calls to  enact law to book corporate defaulters of bank loans!

Bank Employees Federation of India (BEFI) general secretary Pradip Biswas on Tuesday urged the Union government to enact stringent laws to deal with corporate houses wilfully defaulting on huge loans from public sector banks.
Talking to The Hindu on the sidelines of a State-level workshop of BEFI activists here, Mr. Biswas alleged that a nexus of politicians and corporate houses was active across the country to swindle money from the State exchequer by borrowing huge loans from nationalized banks and refusing to repay them.

Further to the above news Indian Bank Employees Association(T.N.) affiliated to BEFI has conducted evening demonstration in front of all Zonal Offices in Tamilnadu condemning atrocities of certain mischievous customers and inactiveness of bank management.

( on the date of demo. Indian Bank Management instructed all branch managers not to give permission or leave to any of the employees. What an Idea? employees are slapped on both cheeks?))

Outcome of UFBU Meeeting dt.15.07.2014

BEFI CIRCULAR:

A meeting of UFBU was held today in Mumbai, participated by all of its constituents. Com A.K. Ramesh Babu, our President, Com G.M.V. Nayak, our Vice-President and the undersigned attended. 

After taking stock of the situation, in relation to wage revision, UFBU decided that it will demand of IBA to immediately fix next date for bipartite talks on wage revision and to expedite the process for an early settlement. 

UFBU also decided to chalk out strategies to secure early wage revision.

Indian Bank Employees Association (T.N.) affiliated to BEFI has taken up the issue and decided to fight openly.
When contacted over phone,Com. K.Krishnan , Secretary,BEFI, and President of
Indian Bank Employees Federation, said
“all employees irrespective of cadre and union affiliation should participate in the demonstration and make it a grand success.
Posters and circulars are being sent to branches.
Circular narrates various incidents in various branches of the Bank.
Most customers understand the rules,regulations,problems,&work pressure of the employees and maintain
Cordial relationship,with the employees.
Only those customers, who abuse and behave unruly, spoil the good relationship."
