The leave may be availed upto 15 days before or upto 6 months from the date of delivery of

The leave may be granted to an employee even where the date of delivery of

Clause 19 (iv) of IX Bipartite Settlement dated 27.4.2010 provided that an employee

Clause 19 (iv) of X Bipartite Settlement dated 25.5.2015 does not have this

encashing of Leave Fare Concession without the requirement of availing Leave for this

Queries have been received as to whether the same is to be reckoned for the

purpose of encashment of PL on LFC/retirement, Overtime, and while pay fixation of Exservicemen joined the service of the Banks on or after 1.11.2012.
It is clarified that the Special Allowance is to be reckoned at the time of
PL encashment on LFC/retirement,
the
same shall not be reckoned for the purpose of fixation of pay of Ex-servicemen who are remployed in Banks on or after 1.11.2012.

The X bipartite settlement as released by IBA, Page 18, Para 19 (iv) reads as:
"On opting to encash the facility, he will be entitled
to receive a lump sum equivalent to notional train fare for the admissible distance (depending on a 2 year or 4 year block) by the entitled class, subject to deduction of admissible tax at source."
This means you are eligible for 100%.
In IX Bipartite, Page 19, Para 19 (iv) reads as:
"On opting to encash the facility, he will be entitled to receive a lump sum equivalent to 75% of notional train fare for the admissible distance (depending on a 2 year or 4 year block) by the entitled class, subject to deduction of admissible tax at source."

Will this wage revision not effect pensioners who retired after Oct.2012.If it won't,then why they are asking for your option not to claim arrears of commutation. This time they have advised different D.A. rates for regular employees and retirees of above class effective 01.08.2015.Kindly clarify.

Sir,
I applied for LFC encashment in the month of May 2015 with one day leave on 3 Jun 2015. I got 75% fare on encashment in May 2015. Will I get the 100% encashment in this case or 75%?
