PL encashment of 30 days in a block of 4 years.

Leave Rules
CL
12 days in a year, 4 days at a time. For workmen: UCL- 4 days at a time once in a year or two days at a time twice a year without MC. For officers-UCL can be accumulated upto 3 years. Without MC- one day.
SL
30 days for each completed yr. Max:540 days, Additional SL: 30 days for each year in excess of 24 yrs of service (Max.90 days); Special SLupto 30 days for donation of kidney/organ
PL
1 day for every 11 days of service. Max. - 270 days.(Encash: 240 days), Notice Period for availing: 15 days.
ML
Max.12 months during the service, 6 months at a time
Paternity Leave
wef 1.6.15
15 days @ a time on 2 occasions

maternity leave to be added to leave availed during the year for calculating priviledge leave or not?i.e maternity leave to be treated as service period or no service period?

Sir,I vishal joined as manager credit on 26.10.2015 i am from punjab and posted at hyderabad i applied for transfer to chandigarh on compassionate grounds with all medical reports as my father is serious heart patient. My BM is not supporting me and not forwarding my transfer request to ZO and HO. please suggest what should i do.
